Realme Tech Life Robot Vacuum Cleaner Review
Vacuuming can be a boring, tedious task that not many people enjoy. Thankfully, recent technological advancements have created robotic vacuum cleaners, which allow you to clean your floors quickly and efficiently with minimal effort from you. We’ve tested out the Realme TechLife Robot Vacuum Cleaner and were very impressed with how well it performed! To learn more about this innovative little robot, read our full review below.
Things I loved about this vacuum
This vacuum has a small footprint, which is great because it doesn’t take up too much space. It’s easy to use: just charge it, press one button and set it to clean at a time that works for you. The price point is great for a robot vacuum cleaner: $99! Things I didn’t like about it: The fact that I have to manually empty its dust bin after each clean makes me tired sometimes. There’s nothing worse than having to keep things tidy; with our busy lives as they are, it can be exhausting (and frustrating) to constantly spend your time tidying up so your house looks nice. That’s why robotic vacuums such as realme TechLife are such a useful invention—they do all of that hard work for you in no time flat.
Robotic Floor Cleaner with 2 in 1 Mopping and Vacuum
You might have heard about robot vacuum cleaners which were used for carpet cleaning. However, Realme has come up with an innovative product – TechLife Robot Vacuum Cleaner which can be used as a vacuum cleaner and a mop to clean your floor. It has a 300 ml water tank to collect dirty water after mopping and an ordinary detergent cleanser can be added in it so that you can use it even without electricity.
LiDAR Smart Mapping & Navigation System
The Realme TCL vacuum features LiDAR, a technology that helps it build a map of your home and then navigate to clean it. So you can clean any room and not have to worry about where things are — no more wasting time looking for your keys or missing all of your pet’s favorite spots. The smart navigation system automatically adjusts cleaning duration based on room size. Bigger rooms get 30 minutes of cleaning, smaller ones just 10.
vacuum’s strong suction and large dust capacity allows it to clean all floor types with ease. Its 10,500 rpm spin speed makes quick work of even your deepest carpets, while its powerful motor works continuously to keep suction at top levels throughout your cleaning. To provide you an easy way to get a perfect cleaning every time, Realme has equipped their robotic vacuum with 38 high precision sensors that cover every inch of each type of flooring.
The robot vacuum uses a system called inertial navigation to guide itself around your home, which allows it to travel in straight lines and figure out how to back up. This navigation method does have its limitations, though; you’ll need to make sure there are no obstacles for your vacuum cleaner along its path—it can’t climb stairs or transition between carpet and hardwood floors.
Camera based visual navigation
This vacuum cleaner can self-navigate through its surroundings without getting stuck. It uses camera based visual navigation to survey a room’s environment and then creates a map of that space using multiple cameras (24MP+12MP), lasers, and sensors. Once it has mapped a space, it will be able to navigate easily through it for as long as there are no major changes to that space. While mapping, it’s important for the robot vacuum cleaner to avoid obstacles.
Customizable Home Cleaning Plan
For most homes, vacuuming once a week is sufficient. The problem with that plan, however, is that not everyone has time to vacuum every week. So Realme makes it easy with their customizable home cleaning plan. You can program your robot vacuum cleaner to run at any time you like (or don’t like). If you have more than one floor in your house, then you will be happy to hear that the Realme TechLife robot vacuum cleaner features multiple partitioning options. There are many reasons why people choose to buy robotic vacuum cleaners over standard models: They save owners money and space by automating part of their cleaning chores; they offer greater convenience because they eliminate tedious manual labor; they help keep your house healthier by removing dirt and debris from hard-to-reach places—like under beds or furniture; plus, they make a pretty cool addition to your household gadgets.
Realme TechLife Robot Vacuum Cleaner battery and charging
The Realme TechLife has a pretty standard battery life (5200 mAh battery) when compared to other robot vacuum cleaners. The vacuum can run for continue upto 5 hours (as company claims) and is fairly compact, making it easy to store when not in use. On top of that, charging takes about 4-5 hours and is done via a standard Micro-USB cable. An included cord can then be used to connect said cable directly to a power outlet. If a full charge isn’t reached after running its cleaning cycle, Auto Recharge feature kicks in as per instructions within app/device. This particular feature allows you to forget about your favorite pet hair collector as it continues its duty by recharging itself before continuing with its task.
Things that could be improved
vedThe Realme TechLife features two sweeping brushes, which is certainly a good thing. However, I found that one of them struggled when it came to edge cleaning, meaning that if you have lots of corners in your house (as I do), it’s worth considering investing in an extra brush for your vacuum cleaner. I did find some issues with my robot vacuum on numerous occasions.
Some bonus features to know about
Other than being a regular upright vacuum cleaner, it has a HEPA filter that makes sure there’s no dust particle in your room once you clean it. The sensor is on its sides and back, so it scans as it goes around. There are multiple cleaning modes you can choose from quiet, normal, turbo, max more suction power means more noise.
